Muscle Testing using Kinisiology shows how very psychic we are. This amazing science has developed through different geniuses mapping points on our body, and ways our body communicates various imbalances, like skeletal, muscular, meridians, lymph blockage, differences in pulse in the capillaries from one side to another in spots that affect the flow of everything in the body. Touch for Health tests these things using muscles throughout the body.

The Ultimate Healing System charts points on the body that relate to deficiencies of vitamins, hormones, amino acids, and which organs are weak. I’ve used both methods and love to combine them. Your Body Doesn’t Lie is another of the great books about Applied Kinisiology and there are many source materials out there that go even more deeply into it. There is also a system of doing it very simply in addition to just ask yes and no answers.

All of these are done by putting pressure on the person’s muscle. When testing health, if the muscle stays strong, all is well. If the muscle goes weak, a particular meridian, organ, muscle, etc. has a problem to be addressed through prescribed methods until the muscle stays strong.

The first time I ever heard of this was memorable. I was at an acoustic musician’s gathering in the woods of Kentucky. A woman was demonstrating how, basically, our bodies show that we are psychic. What a life changing event to come across. She put packets of sugar, salt, and flour out behind random people who had shown up for the workshop. No one knew what was in them, as they all looked the same, were shuffled, and put there by another random person. The woman would test people using their arm strength, strong being a yes, weak being a no. She asked their arms what was behind them, salt, sugar, or flour. They always got it right.

I used Kinisiology in various forms for decades, and am always careful to not use it unless the other person and I are polarized. We are supposed to be magnetically aligned, top to bottom, for our muscles to respond correctly, to be psychic, including yes and no questions about anything at all. Testing correctly with yes and no requires skill and intuition. I can test someone, asking an emotionally charged question, even silently, and feel her polarity go off kilter. I can sense it, feeling the shift in the person’s integrity, maybe a scattering of her auric field. People do this sometimes when the answer might be too intense, if they are afraid of the answer or that they don’t know. They may also just be fragile with their body’s magnetics at the moment, from being dehydrated, under fluorescent lights, etc.

Being polarized magnetically must be related to some degree with your psychic abilities. We are tuned in to the natural flow of life force, the electricity current that informs us, connects our lower and larger selves. Our subconscious, and body, and higher self seem to know things that our rational, linear, conscious mind doesn’t. The current that connects from the lower chakras to the higher needs to be active, able to send frequencies through without obstruction or distortion.

So, kinisiology proves we’re psychic, subconsciously, as long as we are polarized. I’d say being polarized is important any time, then. There are a few methods to bring it back. These help with being able to find our way around, having a better sense of direction, literally as well as figuratively. First, drink enough water. Most people are dehydrated. Drink more than you think you need for awhile, filtered, blessed, the best. Just think how most of the population aren’t as psychic as they should be. No wonder communication is frustrating.

Also, hug yourself for at least 7 seconds, and then switching which arm is on top, for at least another 7 seconds.

And do the cross-crawl, exaggerated walking, with your arm movements following through completely.

You can also use eye movement. Close your eyes, and with your head stable, imagine you can look at your tailbone. Then, look up at the crown of your head. Look back and forth, quickly. This is one I made up as far as I know, but it has worked when none of the others would.

If you want to know the answer to a question, first, check the person’s polarity, and then ask with muscle testing. So, to test, have him put his right palm on the center of the top of his head, and stick his left arm out straight. Balance him with your left fingers on his right shoulder, while you push with your right hand on his lower arm. Don’t push so hard you strain the muscles. It’s not a contest, just getting a sense of what’s strong, what’s not. There will be a big difference if the polarity is right. The palm down should yield a strong arm, as strong as it is without the palm position.

Then, have him turn his hand over on the head, so the center of the back of it is directly over the center of the top of the head. Push on his left arm again. Don’t tell him one should be weaker, or which one. It should be weaker. The first time, it’s useful to have some mystery, but it still works well once a person knows the protocol. Knowing that the body can respond without the will being involved is reassuring to a testee.

Then, just let his right arm go down, and push with a bouncing motion on his left arm, a strong arm indicating a positive response. This works when the question is asked aloud or silently. I like to do it silently, to avoid the will being involved. Asking more than once is important, to make sure the answers are real. If they are, you have accomplished something excellent.
